near 20" wide.... holey moses.

I managed to get some work done on the saflux today. Marked out glass guard and planned angle of attack to make them actually fit  finished steering column, bonnet pin brackets and made up a template so the dash can be cut from aluminum. Also continued gutting safari- mostly stripping loom down to the bare essentials.

And took my swaybar out for muskie.

Got some of the bullbar made around the winch mount i fabbed up, Just need to add some plate down to the factory chassis mount on the 130 surf chassis and get a top hoop section bent up then ill burn that on then its finished,

Then fiqure out how to mount the fairlead as I didnt leave enough room for the bolts :( Might just tac in on then cut the weld's if needing to get it off :)

Hopfully the approach angle is ok as thats the closest and highest I could get everything up with the current radiator setup etc.

Also splashed some paint on the rollbar and the rear bumper i made.

Sweet is it a stern drive with a mercury 4.3 v6.? We had a volvo penta with a mercury v6 in our 7.5 meter white pointer alloy sea boat and it went well, A mate of ours has just finished building his alloy boat and has fitted a mexican assembled 5lt Chevy inboard and its aweosome hearing the 8 purring when cruising out fishing. :D
