Just go doorknocking man. All my hunting spots have been as a result of going and talking to landowners. Far better than ringing em. And turn up just to talk not to hunt the first time. You'll be surprised the amount of people that appreciate you asking rather than poaching. I've had far more people let me hunt on their property than turn me down after going and talking to them.
