rear end flex?

Post by flyingbrick »

Hi all. I'm interested as to how the rear ends of pajero's flex. Any pics etc would be great.

Also could someone PLEASE take a measurement for me so I can gauge how long the radius arms are. From the rear radius arm diff bolt to its mounting point on the chassis would be greaaaat

Thanks all,
Nathan

Seriously, this is the same setup as my truck, GQ springs and surf shocks. The only thing limiting this is the control arm binding up, oh yeah and a little shock bind as well.

Thats not too bad.. way better than the front of a GQ which uses the same setup. I think the paj arms are way longer which would help immensely.

could ya take a quick measurement for me, matt?

Quick measure in the dark, approx 910mm rear bolt to chassis mount.

Just trying to find an easy solution to my safs BS front end movement.

I think I'll retain the panhard and have upper and lower links made up for me have 5 link like the rear end.

Thanks all.

Were those GQ front or rear springs? off LWB or SWB? My brother has a 195 LWB Pajero and wanting some lift for the rear.

Thanks
