I seen this truck on trademe very nice truck and a very good buy at that price.
Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, front and rear lockers, 35" simex.
Toyota FJ45 build in progress.
Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

The guy who has this truck hasnt put down have of what he has done by the way he is talking.... :wink: Very nice truck he doesnt really want it to sell it but has to many projects.... :roll: W e went out last nite and goes bloodly well.... :mrgreen: Yes if had the cash it would be up drive way as skid has said...... :mrgreen:

thats nice, how much dose he want for it? since ive been here so many nice trucks have come up for sale that id be keen on :(

some one copy the specs for me so i can have a read

Chev Powered 1984 45 series Landcruiser.Engine- 2 Bolt main 350 Chev .Edelbrock intake manifold with rekitted holley 600 4 Barrel and K&N Air filter.New Water Pump,Fuel pump and high volume oil pump with new oil and fuel filters.New themostat and temp sender.New HEI distributor,HEI leads and new spark plugs.New Harmonic Ballancer.New chrome sump.New bolts and gaskits all round.Optimer 720CCA Battery.Twin 12" electric fans on modified huge radiator off 400 Big Block with on off switch in cab.Graeme Berry Racing Bellhousing with new H/D clutch,pressure plate.Flywheel reground and new spigot bearing.5speed course spline gearbox with PTO.Both drive shafts ballanced.Disc Brake front end,new wheel bearings and seals front and rear.New front CV ball joint seal and wiper kits,new king pin bearings,new front brake hoses.New 10" Enamel black steel rims with new 33x12.5x15 Goodyear Wranglers ballanced and wheel alignment done.New H/D front shocks and steering damper,Old Man Emu shocks on back.New urethane spring bushes all round.Body has had rust cut out and fully welded not bogged up and paint job done by Maidstone Panel and paint(have left over paint for touch ups too).It has fibreglass roof,winscreen surround, back top half of cab and running boards all the rest is steel.90%of body bolts and fasteners replaced with zink plated ones.New Hallogen bulb headlights,bonnet catches and bonnet rubbers.Has new deck.In photos to go with truck are-new galv rear mudgaurds not fitted yet,Complete power steering setup off 60 series cruiser not fitted yet,PTO Winch and driveshaft(no rope),Momo steering wheel(bolts stright on and two sets of small block Chev flange plates to make headers.Overall this truck is 95% finished to WOF and Cert standard if wanting to get back on road.Would be lucky to have done two hours running since rebuild am reluctant to sell as have spent a lot of time and money on it but have another project that takes priority and has to be finished.Grunty truck in good nick ..... there you are buddy :mrgreen:
