91 surf...just a beater for the moment

Post by skidtoy »

heres my surf,v6 auto.i put a suspension lift in it and bodylift on the way, also got 35inch maxxis's and 15x10 rims to fit.just gona run it as it is until it gets abit ruff then strip it chuck my toyota 1u v8 motor in put a cage in and use it for racing.with buying all the tyres, rims, bodylift, suspension lift and the truck it owes my 4g which is why im not to worried about it getting dents or getting put on its side...i also run a wheel and tyre shop so that helps in keeping costs down.couple of pics how its looking at the moment on 32inch tyres i had off another truck.

2inch suspension lift in it at the moment, but mite get some 3inch lift springs and new front arms from auzzie cos i dont really like just doing the front bars up to lift it. just waiting for my bodylift blocks to turn up also so then i can out the 35inch tyres on also which will lift it another 1inch or so.

you should be able to pull the CV / axle flange / stub off from the drivers side without removing the the front diff. or you can drop the front diff out with out removing the CV's / hubs etc from the a-arms

Diff axle Seal part num is # BD2992F. have a pic to if you need it. same seal both sides.

Hope you have some spare CV's / front diffs , if you are planing on running the 35's.

rear sway bar :? mine never had one from factory
