93 Nissan Terrano TD27T - wrecking

Post by tracta »

Wrecking a 93 nissan terrano, motor is good - recond deisel injector pump 5 months ago, approx 270 k. goes ok, bit of smoke on start up with engine - suspect the timing on the pump isnt quite right but goes after 30 seconds or so - and only first thing in the morning - on cold mornings.

rest of body is ok, front right guard has a ding that could be popped out if you felt so inclined. left guard ok. body is ok, little bit of rust in a pillar, cleared painted and passed last warrant no worries. - id be suprised if it can back.

mirrors are gone, as have front door panels. ill try to get some pics up later of it. but in fairly good condition - except for gearbox. which has blown. was an auto.

thanks for the reply, my dash is the brown version, could be keen on a photo anyway if its not too much hassle.. the blue/grey mightn't be too bad.. they seem to be missing from most terranos I've seen so they're not the easiest to find!

What state is the alternator in and how much do you want for it?

If the bearings are sweet and not full off mud, I would be keen on it, as mines on its final legs at the moment.
