Closer view of indicator bracketis

Bolt through gusset into original bumper mounting bracket

View other end

View from bracket side through to gusset

Triangular piece of plate tacked in place

Rated towhooks in place

That's it for tonight..

The rest will come out in the wash

Re: Terrano filly
now easter is over guna make a run at the bar work again in a couple of days found the factory bumper mouting brackets are slotted so just slid out under load
so the plan is to weld up the slots and make new bolt holes and go for bigger bolts

Re: Terrano filly
Very pleased with the way the new bar work protected my wee truck
Genious design or nuts is just used to my driving
Looks like it took a few
major hits and scrapes
but nothing that was too drastic
.
Still to get all the flora from out of the wee nooks and crannies for a proper look see at a few things that moved or bent a wee bit

I try
then I try harder .....
and when I'm totally stuck or about to do major damage I get told stop
I will have to make sure I remember my camera if I ever get up there and you're ever in the driver's seat Jerry

well easter over and ive done some more work on the bullbars xtra gussets to help take the strain away from the top of the bars mounted a gew9000 lb winch and built a nudge bar on top of the bullbar ,,, will upload pics asap
just got to get a winch rope for it and then do the side bar work to attach the bullbars to the side of the chasis where the rock sliders will be mounted as well
