So i was having some fun with puddles & kinda went into 1 a wee bit to fast & some water splashed down the snorkle.
A few bumps & potholes later it appears a dribble of water has entered the engine & now its making a funny noise. When i stopped to open the air filter box up there was about half a cup of water in it.
It sounds like a whining nissan gearbox but dosent get hot hasnt lost any power cant see or feel anything wrong just an annoying noise.
Any 3B genius in chch that could possibly have a look at it?
Or any ideas??

nope nothing like that.
It looks like its one of the guide pullys for the belts i threw crc into them & the sound has gone down some.
