Lada Brakes dragging

Anybody got any suggestions on this I've bypassed the load compensator valve, put in a new master cylinder but I still seem to be getting too much residual line pressure that is sufficient to cause all four brakes to drag badly. Bloody annoying and it's got me scratching my head. .

are you sure your cylinders and pistons are not seized? is there freeplay on your brake pedal pushrod?
