The only place in town that has experience fitting them is Union Car Spares.
I will assume that they charge will be by the hour to fit them as it ain't an easy job so don't get any normal tyre shop to do it.
Also if they are the old type, with the flap attached to the case, then I'd suggest buying the new valve as they are much better. I'm converting my ones to the new style as I refit them. The tubes last longer, that's all.

Re: Staun Beadlocks
I agree with Darinz re getting those in the know to fit them. A mate (ex tyre fitter does mine/Darinz) and he has plenty of practice at it but he still managed to pinch the beadlock tube in one the other day.

Re: Staun Beadlocks
Do you a deal then, you buy me the Alloy 17" dual beadlocks from the US and you can have the 15's and Staun's? As far as that goes I'll even thow in the fifth one I have sitting here!

Thanks all for the comments, all booked in with UCS to fit later this week. I happened to mention to somebody out on my last club run that I wanted some and he had some to sell that had been used 3 times so a deal was done.

If you want them to be reliable then make sure you clean any mud that gets into the bead. I've NEVER had a puncture problem with them by following this rule. Besides which when there is mud in the bead they leak.

And use new O Rings around the valve for inflating/deflating the tyre. Its a common source of slow leak in the newer ones.
Re: Staun Beadlocks
I had a guy come in with a set fitted & wanted to sell his but they were 16". He bought a kit set of our "DIY" steel beadlocks (street legal 36 stud) and changed to 15" rims, if I can get a hold of him I will get him to post them on here, his had twin valves on them too.

Re: Staun Beadlocks
And since you have the owner of the shop's phone number on the club phone list, I would assume a call to him direct would be the starting point. Particulary when he has helped you out with other things in the past and you know the guy!
Then if they weren't apologetic and didn't fix the problem, you complain on a public website!
Yet again it is a case of people mentioning the slightest thing they are unhappy about but don't say a word when the same people give them a lot of help and save them money.
You need to be very sure about what you say on a public forum, as alot of people watch these and don't say a word. Publicly shaming a company for a minor problem is not a way to win friends.
And if you want you truck insured for full replacement then that can be done as well. You just have to PAY for the policy and not expect the cheap policies advertised on TV to do the job.
