its a 2 ton crane, and folds up flat so its good for storage and it lifts higher enough to get the engine out of my Suzuki when the need arises.

Well I pulled the fuel tank out of the Isuzu to find out where the muck that keeps clogging my fuel filter was coming from ....
Well I got my answer
I know Diesel should not look like this ...

added another handbrake in the Mistress and split the handbrake cables between the two so i can have skid braking on the rear.

The left rear worked perfectly, pull it on and it locks the rear left and transfers power to the right. unfortunately the right rear hardly works at all, had a quick look at the inside of the brakes and couldn't see anything obvious other than the pads are about half worn on that side. so today in going to rip the whole lot out and give it a good clean.

im going to eventually go for twin caliper setup with hydraulic skid brakes but the twin hand brakes will do for now and it cost me nothing

This weekend me and a couple of lads took the quads out for a fang. Went from the Kowai river bridge on state highway 1 to the mouth. Then along the beach to the Waipra mouth. Up the Waipara river to the Waipara Pub. Stopped there for a pie n and a pint then home again. Me body feels faaaarked. It's only about 45mins each way. But when you're in your forties trying to keep up with a couple of twenty year olds. niblik done the ride with me before.

Finally this weekend my 12X6m garage first stage has kicked off. Bloody stoked about that. A few more weeks and I'll be able to park my 40 up, "IN A GARAGE" for the very first time!!
