Could be any number of things.
First thing that springs to mind is water washed over bonnet, into grill and is back draining into fan housing.
Take fan housing off and remove trapped water.
Otherwise......
If your Toyota is like mine, there is a big rubber grommet which the antenna wire goes thru. This could be dislodged from its hole.
It exits to the inner gaurd and if you went puddle jumping it could have splashed in.Also there is another one for the door wiring.
Or do you use your Aircond alot. It could be leaking inside the truck.
Check its drain line isn't blocked or dislodged.

I had a hard to find leak once. Thought it was comming from floor level, but it turned out the sun roof drains (one each side) which follow the door pillar down were blocked with debris.
And one also had a small hole in it half way up.

Have fun.....

My guess is the aircon drains are blocked. if you run it cold for a few minutes in the garage (or a dry bit of ground) does a puddle form under the wagon? If not the drain may be blocked.

If that isnt the case do you have a sunroof? If yes as Calvin said  the drains for the sun roof may be blocked so it is draining into the footwell.

My 80 series had issues with leaky sunroof

When its open look in the front corners and there will be 2 holes there somewhere

You need a long thin wire to poke down there a few times to unblock it a bit

Wire needs to be long coz the drains go along roof, down A pillar and further down from there

try that and see how ya go

A/C drain should be a little plastic pipe hanging about half way along and above the front left radius arm by the bottom of the engine

Hey guys all fixed thanks :D 8)
This is what the problem was
Well it's like this, the other day i went though a big puddle on the GT South Road in Penrose out side work O-I New Zealand (The old ACI Glass) and didn't think anything of it,then the day after that i had seen water on the floor mat and said to my self thats odd.
So a long story short (thanks Calvin)i put down a ground sheet and had a look to see what i could see, and i lifted the inner lined and i had seen a little hose that was bent over.
Well....good old Phil do frist and think later. i pulled it out and all i and say is MOTHER F@$KER!! All in the face and up the nose and in the mouth.
well it's all fixed now and a big thanks to all the guys that helped me out and i hope that i can return it one day
