Thermal Thunder is on Canterbury anniversary weekend in early november. Talking with the leasee's, they do want to run a mud plug up that way. I'm in as well.

Just a quick update before i start a new thread.

Hanmer 4x4 Mudplug. The date for this event is now Saturday 31 July. Entry is $40 per truck, this includes entry for driver and navigator. Navigator is essential, as we are having a couple of teamwork stages :wink:
There will be 3 classes as follows;
33inch tire and below with 1 traction aid (including LSD) and current WoF
35inch tire and below with 2 traction aids (including LSD) and current WoF
36inch tire and above. Open class. Including buggies etc

Tire size will be judged by whats written on the sidewall. All drivers most have valid NZ drivers license. Helmets for Driver and Navigator
The main things we'll be checking on are seatbelts, front/rear towpoints and all vehicles will be brake tested.

Some great prizes up for grabs for top placings and All entries will win a prize. Scrutineering from 8am. Event start 10am. There will be a minimum of 10 stages and with the rain we've had lately there will definitely be mud on the menu.

Entry forms will be available very soon from http://www.puckerpark.co.nz or http://www.4x4events.co.nz

Anyone who wants an entry can PM me on here with your email address and i'll send one out once they are finalized which will be within the week.

Cheers

Jason

Now I heard a fishy "Finding Nemo" type story about the events that led up to you needing a new power plant, didn't I Dory? :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
Time for you to start a new repower thread.
