just wondering if anyone knows this truck, and if it would be a good buy. may look at trading the 80 series on it.Listing #: 299031367

Thats belonged to a few people on the forum, its been a high maintence truck :oops: and it was sold for a lot less than that jokers asking for it

That green fawty was round at my place the other day, hes only just brought it but he reckons its to dare to run as a daily driver, but he only paid 7k for it and he hasnt done any work to it.
Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, front and rear lockers, 35" simex.
Toyota FJ45 build in progress.
Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

$7k was a good price... But $12k is not. Maybe if it was rust free in mint condition but not in the state it is in.

Why not offer the guy $7k - he is not going to sell it for $12k.

Had to laugh when I saw that ad knowing it only sold about 2 months ago for 7k an looks like he's done nothin to it.

Yea 7k would be worth it but not 12k and it was running like crap when he brought it round i think it was missing a cylinder or 2.

I've never looked under it but I was told it had solid drive shafts with no slip joints in them? :?:

Thats what it looked like in the tardme pics from the wellington owner, thought it might just have been the photos :?:
