I have one that I could possibly be tempted to part with (spent all my savings so winch project now on back-burner  ):

UHMW Hawse Fairleads
This new Hawse Fairlead is machined to directly replace a Warn style steel hawse fairlead. 10 inch mounting spread.

Why UHMW? There are many reasons why uhmw is a better choice than aluminum for a hawse fairlead.

#1 Uhmw contacting uhmw rope has almost 0% wear, as uhmw is a self lubricating plastic.

#2 Uhmw is slightly lighter.

#3 You can run cable on Uhmw, aluminum you can't without extreme wear problems.

#4 It costs less which means you have more to spend on our other parts.

#5 if you scratch/cut/slice you aluminum fairlead, and your rope contacts that scratch, it acts as a knife, and cuts your rope. If you do the same with Uhmw it doesn't even concern the rope because it is the same material, working with itself.

PM if interested.

Thanks for the offer, Looking for a Nylon Fair lead that is 7 to 7.5" in side the gap , as the genuine Toyota electric winch has a shorter but deeper drum. The one that is corrently on the winch allows the rope to chaff on the sides of the drum.
