Post by local buoy »

Hi fellas,
I have a V6 petrol 91 Surf, what is the easiest way to change the bulb in the drivers side headlight? Im far from a mechanic but Im sure I can manage this task?
Any help much appreciated.

You may need to remove your battery to give you enough room first.
unplug 3 pin plug off back of bulb, pull off rubber waterproof boot.
Undo metal spring retainer holding bulb in, replace bulb and refit in reverse order. Its as easy as following your nose

When your putting the new bulb in make sure to NOT touch the bulb with you fingers.... they dont like being touched
