Wanted: Samurai diff-axel asemblys.

Hi all,

I am looking for a pair of samurai diff-axel (hub to hub) assemblies. Prefer leaf sprung.
Anyone got any for sale? Nelson to Dunedin including the West Coast ok for pickup or I can get them picked up in Auckland-Hamilton or Wellington.

Back diff does not have brake lines or handbrake cables .

Ive got set of front and rear SJ413 diffs rear is welded locked could put a open head in it but unsure of ratios should have one that can match.

I have a set of 413 diffs under the truck at the mo, but with a diesel engine build coming up real soon the 3.7 diffs are going to be handy keeping the RPM down a bit. That and the few extra inches of width will come in handy.

I thought samurai diffs had a few inches over sj413 diffs but a few people have since told me otherwise... I am sure I remember reading it somewhere... What’s the story?

Im pretty sure USA never got the SJ413 NT (narrow track) hence they have all the off the shelf items for the samurai (or WT wide track) but no chromolys axles etc for the NT. Probably why they say they are all the same width.
