New User cant change location?

Hi there im a new user and having issues adding my location to my profile? i go to my account and also my profile i can see location there but it dosen't give me a option to change it?

Im from Taupo even if that just gets added in

click on messages up near the top, then profile and the type in the location box and then hit submit button near the bottom.
