Mudzillas vs Trepadors

Hey guys,

I am wanting to get some tyres to use just offroad. I will be going mostly to places like pucker park and some club trips. I was wondering out of the 2 which ones you would recommend. I am looking at running 35's.

if the Trepadors are cross/ply not the radial ones I would go with them.
We had a truck at pucker park with mudzillas on they went much better than the creepys not as good as silver stones though.

I run 35" trepadors on my 70 series and have been very impressed with them on and off road, there not noisy on road and cear very well off road, but ive had mudzillas in the past also and i would say there better than the trepador in the sticky stuff but shit on the road, very noisy and wear out very quick.
Thats my 2c anyway.

I have 35/16 Muzillas on my cruiser and have had lots of fun with them but they have limitations and you need to adjust you driving style accordingly.

Excellent in the mud (as one would expect) but you need to be driving them. The moment you are going down hill they become scary and slip side ways and the only way to regain control is to drive it out, easier said than done when slipping sideways down hill, as several dents in my 70 will testify.

Freakin noisy on the road, but I like the sound so it's never been a issue for me.

They are a soft tyre so will wear quick on the road but being a soft tyre should also be good for hard surface grip as well (rock), in theory. I don't do enough rock driving to compare tyres. Wear on the road hasn't been a issue for me either as i don't get to drive it much at the moment

thanks for the info guys. I have been told by someone that my driving style is too rough and will probably be breaking cv's left right and centre with 35's so i might have to look at staying at 33's with lockers. So i guess the question now is mudzillas or silverstones. I really would like the extra clearance but not the 300+ dollar bill for new cv's. Bloody 7.5" diff and big cv angles.

Had mudzillers on ma 70 were a good tire, but if you can get them go trepador comps,have skolloped side lugs not sure if they come in 35z tho...
