Suzuki diff ratios

Post by Big-AL »

I am half way thru swapping manual escudo diffs into an automatic. i have done the back but not front, so currently have different ratios in the front and back. would it be ok to drive around for a few days in 2wd like this?

Yes, if you have free wheeling hubs (unlocked) and you are in 2WD, the front diff is not turning at all. Even if you don't have free wheeling hubs you still wouldn't have any problem as long as your in 2WD.
