First post!
I want to get offroad for the summer! Looking for a truck solely for that task. Any advice would be awesome.
Any thoughts on a 1988 pajero or a 1988 trooper?
Looking to spend less than $2500. Anyone selling?

The Pajero will be good so long as you get one that has not too much rust, seems a a lot were prone to it, and make sure there is no major engine oil leaks. otherwise they are great.

Thanks for that lincooln. Being Canadian and not knowing the vehicles here makes it tough to make a good purchase. Am taking a look at an 88 Trooper tomorrow. A little over 200k on the petrol motor with a fresh clutch and wof. Would be an interesting project to lift.

Bought a 1988 Trooper. A petrol motor with only 200k on it. Any suggestions for mods? I've got manual hubs already on the list.
