attaching sholder belt mounts to the floor isnt a good idea as the seat will follow your sholders faward and colapse the seat and you.the belts should mount heigher up at an angle of between 1 and 40deg down from your sholders(10deg being best)and max 150mm apart and held apart 250mmish from the back of the seat witch should be mounted so it cant break and fall backwards.my views come fromworking on stockcars, they are very serious about harnes mounting
hope this helps

Virtually all safety specs require harness shoulder straps to be at no more than 45* angle. It is also recomended that the seat back be supported to stop the mechanism breaking in an impact. (like said above)
The easiest way to mount the hip straps is to get the correct eye bolts and screw them into the factory seat belt points. I'd also get the same eye bolts to mount the shoulder straps apart as well.
Nissan Terrano coilovers, turboed VH45, Safari axles, and some other stuff.

factory mount points ? was just bolted thru the floor in a handy spot
is a solid framed seat can't fold forward
might look at drilling hole in cab and attaching to roll cage
thanks
