As mentioned, craigs keen to take the safari out so want to take easier tracks for him at this stage. at least until he gets some decent tires on. Why not try the north side. Are we still allowed up there?

Last time we did the North Side I got hauled up by the Ecan Guys. The only area on the Nrth side we are allowed to play is the big mud hole past the bike tracks, basically all other areas are out of bounds :(

The south side is the recognised 4x4 area and I asked does that include the run from Dickys Rd to MacCleans Islnd and the respones was "for the time being".

My vote = sth side and we'll look after those on smaller tyres this time :)

So far we have Niblik, Suprasurf (passengering), Insky and myself. Craig has pulled out until he gets the new tyres on so we don't have to worry about the "newbie". Have you got someone picking you up SS? Let me know if you need a ride, long as Nibby brings old Rusty i'll have a spare seat in my wreck if you need it (and i promise not to call you Steve  unless you want me too). I was thinking we should meet at Dickeys Rd entrance to river about 10.30ish (same spot we started last outing). So will look forward to seeing you out there.

I think you'll find Suprasurfs wreck is a runner. Mine isn't :( and I'm grabbing a passenger seat.

GC is keen to come out as well :P

Should be another good afternoon.
