I used to have a FJ45 flatdeck with an ld28 turbo in it and it went really well but it was bolted up to the toyota gearbox, but personally youd find it alot easyer to put in a 3B then the nissan gear, the 3b is lighter and just as powerfull as the sd33.
Ive also but in a 2h turbo into a 40 which i got from Nibz and that is an awesome motor but was alot of work to put in and very heavy.
If you do go the 3b way ive got all the engine and g/box mounts that go on the chassis if that helps?
Just my 2c
But if you go the nissan way id be keen to hear how you go and see the pics

All of the above is right. But if you want a 2h i have one here for $500. It will need a bit of a tidy up (valve seals etc) but was going when removed.

So you going to set this little beastie up as a "recovery vehicle"? With a hydraulic tank it sounds like your winch is going to be a bit bigger then the norm...

mate you wana see this winch its off a transporter , 20,000 pound , got tank , control valves , winch , pump and hoses for a sweet deal ! im just building some mounts at work for it my landcruiser is an ex towtruck so it has the towing frame etc on the back looks cool , hopefully the winch doesnt part the chassie , but yeah cruising around with the old 2F in it gets pricey as !!!!

Create a build folder (or whatever it is) in the build section up front. I beleive then only you can add to it (so its not poluted with junk... like this :P )
