yeah, got mine for under $500 in 3 seperate TM deals, wound up with 2 sets of controls and ropes - $1100 for convenience and having someone else strip it down? that's a kinda high-end price... On the other hand, anyone know how to seperate the seized sliding joint on the drivesahft? :(

oxy torch to warm it up and crc to hit the slidy bit with. as it cools it should draw it in and it will also provide a shock which may help to split the corrosion.

Of course dont spray the crc on any glowing orange parts or around the flame as it will burn and you might get hurt.

Also dont heat the bits till they glow or you will bugger the metal tempering. Just warm them up till they are too hot to handle without gloves and then give them a squirt.

You are tooo generous. Get him to make it $400 for the two of them. That seems fair.

yep tried selling my own one, and it didn't sell, wasn't going to give it away. They are worth a bit in Oz as not many came out over there. Have been offerred a good job back in Oz and I am 99% decided tohead back at the end of the year and have decided that I'll take mine with me and sell it over there as I'll probably get triple the price. I should buy all of yours and take them too.

LOL thats mine.. way I see things.. chinese electric for anything from $800-$1800.. slow and expensive..
PTO - a lot faster , more power and cheaper.. hehe I've seen a few on trademe for a while but never complete. Open to reasonable offers as I want it gone.. taking up space in my garage and keep kicking it when I walk past.. need to fix my other winch . Has been listed for ages.. Could swap for some decent tires.. silverstones etc..OR even some new OME shocks for my new project.. need to be longs.. but hey no harm in trying to get top dollar.. LOL
oh could even be temped to swap for a m90..
