Firestone SAT Mud Tyres for sale

Post by Jimi »

I have 5 Firestone SAT (7 x 16) mud tyres for sale, on split rims with 6 stud Toyota pattern.

4 of the tyres are all but new and 1 is a new retread. The rims are in excellent order.

You can have them on your truck for $500.00.

If interested I can e-mail a picture of them.

Pic would be good

A pic would be good, either start a photo album and put it in there, or just add it to this thread.

I have dropped a pic of the tyres in the photo album section in the 'Users Pictures' section in an album called 'Just Cruising' - it's the last pic on page 2.

The tyres look a bit dirty as I didn't clean them after pulling them out from under the house.

Measuring them up they sit at 33" diameter.

Hi Mike

They are 7.00 x 16 (same as 700 x 16), have an 8 ply rating and are stamped as heavy duty.

Not sure about the real old landcruisers

Post by Kent »

I'm not sure about the older landcruisers but the 70 series are sweet they all match up so I would have thought they would match. I have got a set of the exact same mud tyres for my Nissan Safari and it goes awesomely with them on, and that is without a lift or anything.

Toyota rims on Nissans

Post by hinsonberger »

The stud pattern is the same spacing, but one set of hubs (Nissan I think) have a raised section around the driving member meaning that Toyota rims will not seat & clamp down correctly.

Hope this helps?

Incidently, I used to run 750x16 SATs on the 1985 FJ70 LandCruiser I used to own. Standard suspension, no lift, no rubbing, no wheel bearing problems, standard steel split rims. The SATs are a great 4WDing tyre!

Cheers

Hi guys

I had a buyer lined up, but they fell through and therefore are still for sale. As for the stud pattern, they fit my '89 60 series Cruiser as well as my FJ40 so I would suspect they will fit Nissans.

Drop me a line
