wtd second hand 35

anyone out there got a second hand 35 laying around they want to sell. only needs to be warrantable as will just be for the spare..

Mind you finding a 265/75/16 for a spare second hand is hard too. :mrgreen:

Does it need to be warrantable?? I usually try for round and anything better is a bonus :lol:

My understanding is that if a spare is present at the time of a WoF then it must comply (be wofable and be fixed properly to the vehicle), if it isnt there then it isntr checked.

But, it is the responsibility of the driver to ensure the vehicle is maintained in WoF standard, so if you fit a spare then it must comply. Any overzealous cop could give you a ticket for a non-WoF vehicle (unlikely I know), but us 4wds have our spares on display and they are easily checked. :mrgreen:

Spare tyre tread depth isn't part of a WOF check.
The spare only has to be securely attached to the vehicle.
