aircon conversion air pressure switch problems

hi all, i scored an old compressor and ripped off the switch and plumbed it all up and it wont work. it is always bleeding off air from the sensor thingy with the smaller tube input, on the wiring side what is required?? i have played around with wiring as in swapping neutral and phase on the compressor wire but nothing happens

any one that can help??

I had a compressor once that would keep running. Played with the spring loading and it came right.
