Have a complete rear vitara rear axle drum to drum with hand brake cables out of a swb 16V auto - so should be 5.12 ratio. PM me an offer otherwise I'll put it on TM. Not sure of condition as I didnt drive the vehicle apart from off the trailer into my shed and stripped it. Both drums turn when turning one - about as much as I know
Located South Auckland. Can probably pull diffhead if you dont want the whole thing

If you turn the input shaft, both wheels will rotate in the same direction. (This could be LSD, but welded diff would do the same thing)
LSD diffs have a sticker on the rear saying "LSD OIL" 99% of the time, even ones that have been through a lot of mud and water. Those stickers are amazingly good.
And I snapped up that LSD from lilpigzuk for the bargain price of $250 for the whole axle!
I intend to take it into steelie gears over the next few weeks to have the whole differential checked out and the limited slip clutches "made tighter"
Re: Vitara LSD for sale
The Diff on mine is a factory LSD, the same one that Calmini sells for a huge amount of money. its got LSD written on the bottom of the 3rd member, and the LSD oil sticker on the Axle housing and its a 89.
I'm no expert, i was thinking of getting mine tightened too but heard it doesn't last long, and lockers are the way to go.
