hey i just got a cruiser where and whens the best place to see how it goes in mud?????

best to put a recovery rated hook front and rear.. that way when ya get stuck after some 'testing', it can get yanked on out... yeah yeah, where ya at?

prob best to come out on the next wellington aotea block play day or next trip. That way you can test what its capable in a comfortable environment and only try what you want to try and if sam in the soft top pajero is there he will suggest a nice easy track so better to wind up the window and wave as you drive on by :wink:

I'll let you know when the next CCVC "family shiny" trip where newbies and visitors can come along.....re hooks PM me and I'll give you a couple of contacts who can fit rated towhooks for you.

There should be another aotea play in possibly 3-4 weeks or to an alternative location....just waiting on a landrover in parts to be glued and selotaped together

Yeah if you want...you will have to put up with Turoa sulking and give you evil looks if his shedrover is not ready by then....

Start another thread, organise and I'll sort out the BBQ side of things....

can wait to cover my truck in smelly mud, a cleen off roader just dnt look right. hahaha

OK the plastic bumpers will be the first things to fall off....and they are $2000 each new....well when I say bumper I really mean plastic thingy held on by plastic clips.

you're forgetting about those airbag thingys....anything on the front has to be "airbag compatible".......TJM do a reasonable Ali bar

...it can wait...Rugger has priority at the moment

jerry, i know a chap that has both front and back completely refurbished (new seals,bearings etc) rugger diffs for sale if keen or know any other rugger owner lookin?
