As most know. On that last event I had water issues getting into crank angle sensor and dizzies. So I've brought a setup sortting the dizzys out off Ricky Hammond. He had it on his lexus V8 that kept the dizzy pretty much water proof using a breather from the air intake manifold .
. And recommended I put a window washer cleaner pointed at on the crank pulley. Keeping it clean.
As well as a speedy sleeve mounted on the rotor with a matching seal on the dizzy housing. The bottom crank sensor will be sealed but have a drain..

kaney's thinking. How I hold myself in one piece, looking at this bundle of high adrenaline? I can't contain myself! I'm off to the John!"

And the Rotors with the speedy's fitted after the rotors were spun down on the lath.

Now just the crank angle sesor to deal to.

Dizzy's ????

i thought they went out with the ark,

I woulda thought it would be set up with a multi-coil wasted spark system, no dizzy caps to short or get wet!!

Yeah there is one for each bank of 4.
I've had the LS motor underwater and runs perfectly. But no the early Lexus V8.

Pete, have a yarn with Dave Taylor , Falsgrave Auto Spares, he got his Lexus water and mud proofed, the other thing to look at is to try and eliminate the water and mud into the engine bay. The stuff the sign writers use is light and easy to shape.
Well done on the weekend the Buggy looks good and sounds awesome.

ALMOST AS GOOD AS MY SIX
