What exactly has happened?
You can get bearing over haul kits....
Not all that hard to do.

well i havnt pulled it appart yet but its making a horrible noise and popping every now and then (only in high ratio).
what are those kits worth if that is the case..

You can get kits from NZ Bus and Truck....(Don Kyatt)
In Auckland. Cost a a few hundred bucks from memory.
You get all the bearings, new Pin and gaskets etc etc big kit.

Mine had a stuffed output bearing... Rumbled and rumbled.
So it got a birthday.
