
Yeah you do not need an in-line oiler. As you can tell there is a fair bit of oil spraying out already.
In your situation with the pump lines just yanked off and the thing straight turned into a pump there is probably a shit load of residual oil sitting in the pneumatic ares of the pump and I imagine thats what you are seeing.
I'd run the pump for a few minutes and see if the oil spray stops. Once it stops you should pull the AC units drain screw and make sure there is still lots of oil in there.
If its blown all the oil out the outlet (so there is none in its sump) then there is a hole that needs to be plugged.... but we can deal with that if its needed
