canterbury- Worsley spur 11th dec

Post by nickcampbell »

Wandering if anyone is interested in heading up worsley spur on the 11th december. Wanting to head up to test my new lockers. Time still to be arranged to suite others.
Track is descent at the moment, but still an easy route up for non-modified vehicles.

31" will be fine, umm was thinking... maybe 10am? or you guys prefer later? i cant put rated towhooks on my truck, they dont fit the holes, cost me $140 to get somehing made up to mount them... but i mite be putting on bullbars so sorta pointless till i know what im doing, like i always say, "i don' intend on getting stuck" :) the little cruiser will bounce its way through like normal

regardless of what you intend to do later, you sould get some proper hook put on if you intend to use it most weekends like you do. if not for your own sake maybe for the person towing you out? a lot of people wont bother putting a strop on ur truck if you dont have rated hooks.

Not picking on you at all, But even if you don't intend on getting stuck and your truck can go anywhere other people you go out with may intend on getting stuck. It would be for every ones saftey to have rated tow hooks. Factory hoops and tow balls are not made for snatching tow hooks are :D
