Re: leaking diesel pump help!!!
Possibly the top gasket, you could always try Wynns EDT Enviro Diesel Treatment, I have used it on a few vehicles that have come into work, In most cases it has stopped the leaks, put a whole bottle per tank for two tanks and usually works, you will need to put about 1/4 to 1/8 bottle in every tank after. Its worth a go.

Re: leaking diesel pump help!!!
1. Whats the injector pump in??
2. Has it got a top cover??
3. Have you had a look for a parts breakdown list/diagram?
If its just a top cover gasket, then its not really that hard to do, i spose it all depends on your mechanical skills.
Cheers Daniel

Re: leaking diesel pump help!!!
easy job mate just time consuming, the kit is about 35 bucks, hansens autos in queenstown sell them, i was suprised they had them in stock!
the only thing that legged us up was the top hat wouldnt sit back down on the pump, you have to back the adjuster thats in the housing off, mark where it was using the lock nut or measure it befor moving it, then wind it out, sit the top hat back down and put the ajuster back to where it was.
give your self a couple of hours and youll be sweet, oh and from memory theres no need to remove the diaphram from the top of the pump, i thought i had to and wasted time doing so!
