New from Chirstchurch , Looking to join a club

Post by 109 »

Hey guys

Posted on here before , when I was eyeing up either a 70 series Landcruiser or a TJ Wrangler

Ended up getting a 1991 SWB Cruiser , picked it up this monday just gone

Now I'm keen to get out there abit and join a club

Looking to start off pretty casual , getting into the rougher stuff later on

Any recommendations?

Cheers fellas

P.s Il get some pics up later on of the Cruiser

Canterbury rec club: easy/shiny trips
Canterbury landrover owners club: ho[pe you like stopping alot for cups of tea.
Christchurch 4wd club: good mix of shiney and hard trips
Jeep Club: got to own a jeep
SINDA: both easy and hard
Nth Canterbury Club: hard stuff with some easy(not much) stuff thrown in.
Don't ask for contact numbers as they change too much and I haven't kept up with it.
Don't ask me myy opinion on them as I am more then likely to offend people.

Hey mate how did you get on with the club choosing? I'm also in CHCH have a SWB safari lifted and on 35s and thinking of joining a club as well. At the moment myself and 3 other trucks not belonging to a club just go out to the Waipara and Waimak most weekends but want more trucks and more places to go, did you find anything yet?
