tryed to find a replacement speaker but so far no luck.
anyone have any contacts with uniden.

There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.

i got a external speaker working. the inbuilt speaker has a strang magnit shape. jaycar and south island componets didnt have any.
email uniden and didnt get far as the radio has been discountuied.
im happy with the external speaker, i manged to hide the speaker
