Went for an explore, went through some of the paper roads up here in whangarei in the surf

Then went and tested the pitiful flex lol

And then in a random act of boredom removed the sidesteps and rear bumper!

Passed you guys at the car show  on my way to Muriwai Beach. Had a good day swimming and playing on the beach. Came to drive off the beach, found a stranded Bighorn halfway. Stopped and asked if he need a snatch?
In broken english he replyed, "no, we ok".
Looking at all the trucks and boats, jetskis left on the beach, with the tide comin in fast, I went back and draged his sorry arse out of the track. Just after we made it to the carpark a couple of hiluxs towing trailers came through. They didn't have the chioce of stopping to avoid this guy :!:
Others in the carpark came up and said he had refused help and how did i get him to follow me?
"Easy" I said, "I didn't give him a choice, just jumped out put rope on him, and drove away :!: "
Cheers,
I keep looking for the loose nut behind the wheel, but I can't find it!!

since i was on my lonesome decided to head over to Baylys Beach on Sunday .. took a nice leisurely drive down the beach to the lighthouse, wandered up to the top ..looked at the view then drove all the way back up the beach to Aranga then up though the waipoua state forest to Kaikohe and then down the back road through Twin bridges and home.

Did a Woodhill patrol, only to find it was double booked.
Rodger let us in for a play anyway... :)
And towards the end of the day my brakes went soft....
Discovered an almost ruptured brake line between chassis and body below master cylinder.
Think they were stretched when I tried to climb a bumpy uphill section at full noise.
Got new and longer hoses and while I was at it, did the master cylinder.
Now its all good.....
