looking to buy this...

Hi all, checking out this truck in a couple of days - is there anything specific to these v6 pajeros that I should be checking/ looking for?

spoken to the owner - its had a new water pump recently, he said the truck overheated slightly when the old one shat itself, but no damage was done. Should I be worried? Doesn't use any oil or water apparently.

fairly low km's for quite a good price... Don't know if this is good or bad thing.

Cheers, Tom.

The 3.0l is pretty bullet proof, expect a bit of smoke every now and again but thats normal. Never had a problem with mine and I love to Rev it!!!!

yea it was coming from back of water pump theres a wee slot that runs behind pump and comes out the side of motor so it doesnt put the water on timing belt when the seal goes. also replaced the oring at back of pump.
