lil trailer queen wanted.

Post by Heath »

So been thinking about it for a while and now I am kind of settled figured time to put some feelers out there.

My Prado is too good to thrash on rough stuff but is going to primo for touring and towing.

So I am looking for something small and towable (with trailer would be great), something reliable and mechanically sound, WoF and Reg not required, something easy to work on should the need arise, something with a roll cage already and tow points fitted (cant be buggered with the hassle). An extrials type buggy would be great (like Pete's, but I have a smaller budget  ), vitara with Hilux running gear and a v6 would be nice... .

So I want it all, and for bugger all money. Not in a hurry so willing to wait for the right one to come along.

Heath

Cant find the guy with my old zuk (number on the vehicle is a dead end - bugger).

But the wife suggested we had a little spare cash from my super payment and I could use some of that for a toy. Be good to have a thrash wagon and not have to worry about getting to work the next day.

Always been my intention of going back to the lightweight giant killers one day, just never figured it would be during my wifes lifetime

Maybe?

Then stretch your trailer budget a bit and get one the zuk will fit on and can still be used as a GP trailer.
Toy - Zuk chassis tub, hilux 4.88 axles and transfer, Nissan CA18DE motor and auto trans, sc12 supercharger, 32 10'5 simex, twin motor 8274 custom freespool. Well the parts are all there in various corners of the shed

Why? it looks heavy, expensive and you'd have to throw another 10k at it to make it go any good
