silly ali bar didnt do squat  glad they all walked away thou!

we have a customer with a new 70 V8 flatdeck and ARB bars, hit a logging truck in a very similar manner and only bent the cruiser a little.... to the point where its repaired and back on the road, and a logging truck is way more seroius than a RAV!!

That road looks wide enough for both of them. Close, but just enough room. Idiots.

Yeah I was a bit more angry after waffling on about the idiot that grazed me then I posted here. Keyboard warrior know all and what not.

I will post the same message on there so you are free to go stir someone else.

 I've had close calls on gravel, usually when you pull off the "swept" section of road to give a little room and end up in deeper gravel

Makes you wonder what the injuries would have been like in the Rav if the GQ had steel bars on

i think the Rav would have suffered a similar fate, the impact would've still been huge, and modern cars etc with crumple zones yada yada will have still protected the occupants, but the GQ may have fared better....

its interesting to see such massive carnage but know the people involved all walked away (more or less)

Yeah that's true depending on the road. Should be able to kill speed before you swing over if your not pushing it to much. Some accidents are just that and no ones really to blame but man some people just take the piss with their driving and common sense.
I'm no saint and make the odd call that is questionable like any other average person though just incase it sounds like I think the sun shines out my ass
