Going to do rear springs and front and rear shocks on a 93 Bighorn.
Prices are about the same. Anyone have any experience with both?
I had OME on my 88 IFS Hilux and they were good.
Cheers
Matt.
EFS or OME
Re: EFS or OME
I went EFS on my Hilux after going OME on my Suzuki, 2 very different vehicles and am happy with both. The main reason I went EFS is that its all made in Aussie. OME's leafs are made elsewhere. Think their coils are still Australian though

Re: EFS or OME
Busted 3 OME shocks in the last year, although 1 shock was second hand.
Only heard good about EFS so going to give them a try this round.

Re: EFS or OME
I ran ome for a while in a patrol, springs sagged all round. Changed to EFS and still going strong. Zuk has efs leaves in it too, havn't got to test those yet though.

I ran OME coils and shocks on my 3 safari's that I've owned and they were sweet with no sagging and a much improved ride etc
Ive now got a Hilux that uses a mixture of 2nd hand Ranchos and factory toyota coils in the front but my Steering damper is a EFS Extreme and the rear coils are EFS and they are also doing great and i cannot complain about them either.
So i guess im trying to say is that i've had great runs from OME and EFS.
