New Tyres

Post by nt_a_foz »

So my surf needs new tyres.
Currently got some 31/10.5 R15 Tyres on factory rims.

Looking to change rims and tyres in the near future.
Would like to go larger than 31 such as 33".
Will 33 fit under factory height surf or is a different offset rim or suspension lift required?

Also what tyres would you guys recommend for mostly road driving but something with a bit of meat for the occasional off road excursion.

Suggestions welcomed.
Cheers
Brad

Im running 32" muds on mine, fitted fine with no lift but now have 2" spring lift for a bit more clearance - every day driver.

Was tosing up 33s but tryed some on and got rub when steering and would have ment changing my rims to something wider also.

Yeah I saw that when I was researching but then got these for $219 a tyre including fitting and balancing cause the tyre shop mucked up pricing on trademe but i clicked buy now so they honoured the deal which was good.
