Making a Body Lift Kit for a 1985 Mitsubishi Pajero

Hi guys im making a Body Lift Kit for a 1985 Mitsubishi Pajero and im just wanting to know whats the max height i can go to still get it certed for road use?

I'll be using Machined High strenth Polyurethane Blocks as well as the highest grade High Tensile bolts.

Any info of past people that have sucessfly installed a body lift in there 1985 Pajero would also be appreciated.

It says that 50mm may have to be certified. Over that it will need to be, but under that is fine

just double check with the place you get your wofs from, i always thought you needed to have a cert for body lifts

Yeah i will do, i dont mind getting a cert if i have to i really just wondered what the max lift you can go without it either being dangerous or un certable.

And also who else has done a lift on one of these and what it involed?? eg Cable lenths Steering ect and did eveything lift without problems.

any body lift requires cert. you may get a wof without it but if you say had insurance, crashed and they checked over your truck and you had a 10/20/50mm bodylift I'd say they would use that as a way of not paying out.. just my 2c

search these forums for stuff about body lifts and warrants. there is shit loads about it.
everyone has different wof men and some will fail you straight off, others wont even realise.
