As far as I can tell they have low range and a centre diff lock (which is truly surprising). Plus looks like there are some pretty peppy engine options (1.8 turbo...?).
Might struggle with ground clearance a bit though. As far as I can tell they have a monocoque frame, so no chance of a body lift.

Beam axle rear end with 5 link suspension, IFS front,
Super select 4WD and low range
Paj jr has the wee 1 litre motor and Paj io is the inbetween size with the 1.8
There are 3 paj size's (some of which are 3 or 5 door)

They seem like a mitsi version of a zuk. My mum wants one too. Shouldn't be too bad off road.
