I wondered myself & came up with...... if front & rear diffs have lockers then pull the halfshafts on the left (upside) then that would work......or fiddle brakes would work as well I guess......
Re: more crazy arabs!!
thats sounds like it could work. either that or they used movie software

And either the driver is exceptional or there is a support wheel somewhere.
All that movement on the side of the vehicle and no noticeable steering correction.

Just wasted to much time looking through a heap of the vid's... I'm going with it being genuine.... truck is modified with I'd guess stiffer springs on drivers side and some sort of weight on drivers side as well as the driveline mods
In a couple of vids you see him run it up onto two wheels and it tips very easily and comes down very softly and in all the vids its driver side down ...
Cheers Reece

In this vid at around the 3.30 mark he repeatedly swaps its from left to right wheels in one simple move or turn of the wheel.
Skilled or crazy ...? a bit of both maybe.
Re: more crazy arabs!!
Couple of clicks of the handbrake should stop the wheel in the air from spinning I reckon...
