CHCH FUNDRAISER RAFFLE!! DD4WD

Post by badnuz »

hi GUys and Gals!

this hot off the press! here is a great way for us North Island 4x4ers to do something to help those in Christchurch :)

Hi Everyone

Desert Defenders 4WD team with the help of NZDF are mobilising for Christchurch! Would you join us for a one day scenic tour of Defence force land? For shinys mostly but there will be opportunities for those who want to play a little.

Saturday 12 March 2011 Starting at Waiouru. Briefing at 8:30 am. Muster point to be confirmed.
All day Saturday on NZDF land on the Moawhango Dam side of SH1. Lunch out the back in the Kaimanawas somewhere.
$100 per vehicle. Each additional passenger $15 each.
Will email more details once they are confirmed.
It is short notice I know, but this is the only date the area is free and we feel this is a way that we can contribute to helping Christchurch people as quickly as possible.
Contact me asap to book a space and I will send registration form and full details.

I know this is a busy month for you all. We hope you can join us. Will advertise more widely next week, so if you are still keen to join us please email or ring urgently

Yep definitely in. Will probably ring them but what is the email address? Just thinking email might be easier for them to keep track of everyone and not them getting bombarded with a heap of phone calls.

Cheers, DAN

Looks like you will have some tag-a-longs as well, we will be doing the same thing, but it will be after I finish work at 7:00pm that we will be heading up.
We are staying Saturday night at Waiouru and heading back Sunday..

See you all at Waiouru....
