Been doing a bit on it, remade the engine mounts on the weekend. the're now captive nolathane instead of the standard hilux rubber mounts, heaps stronger more compact and lighter.
Once the mounts are back in (need bolts to be plated) I can mount the new sump and refit the exhaust.
I've also collected the parts to change the rear disk setup, so thats next on the list.

Hey, the Nolathane style solid mount are on my list as I've already torn both engine and transfer case mounts so now i have them all lightly bolted thru the middle to just stop them coming apart to much, its a bit dodgy but they are loose and they have been fine for 2 years now.

For my rear brakes with the MR2 calipers i had a brake shop make me the correct cables by using both the factory surf drum cables and the factory MR2 cables, they work sweet and didnt cost to much in the end.
