Electric winch of 80 series Cruiser

I'm looking at getting one of these and fitting it to my Disco, does anyone know what line pull they are, apparently it's a 12v one and 9000lb does that sound right? has anyone seen one in action, are they as good as the after market winches?

The local AA guy here uses one to pull cars up cliffs, all sorts... works well except his doesn't have a thermal cut out.....
