Pool vacuum hose, depending on what sort of pool it's from. My bro and I have used some from the school where our dad works, and it fits straight onto his Vitara intake, and straight onto the Lada one too.

Whereabouts are you?

only works for carb models though. fuel injected is a bit harder to home job it on the cheap. and pool hose looks like arse too. Getting a metal one made up would be the best option

If I was to do another one, I would get one done in steel tube. Currently have a Safari one.

Exhaust tube works ok and the pattern can be real simple. If you come out towards the rear of the left front guard, in line with the hole in the INNER guard, you just need a 90 degree elbow and the tube can run straight up the line of the A-pillar. We've screwed ours into the A-pillar, given it a slight forward tilt to make the top upright and fitted a snorkel hat.

Connect the steel 90 degree elbow to the air intake with flexible hose, but make sure the joins are tight and well sealed (waterproof).
